How to get your british wool products - We aim to pack and dispatch your order within 3-5 working days. Once dispatched, your item will arrive within the approximate timescales.
We currently only ship to the UK.
Collection from Soulands Gate is available but please give us 24 hours notice from placement of order to get your product packed and ready to go.
Type the code Collection in the Apply Coupon field on the cart page. We will process your order and be in contact regarding your collection time.
returns and refunds
Items purchased on soulnature.uk are eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.
All items must be unused in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact to be eligible for return. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the Products while they are in your possession.
We recommend that you return products in their original packaging to ensure the necessary protection when in transit. We also recommend that returned goods be sent via insured, traceable delivery for your protection.
Please note that returns are currently not free, and it will be the full duty of the customer to pay for the return of any item bought with us. Please also be aware that we are not liable for items that are lost or damaged during transit and we strongly recommend that all returns are sent using recorded delivery.
